Forgotten Passwords
If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot your password? link to begin the password reset process. Both the account login and account registration forms offer this link below the form.
Enter the email address used at signup or later updated on your account profile and use the Reset Password button. This will email you a reset link for creating a new password. If you no longer have access to the email address you provided at registration, you will either need to contact your food service provider for assistance or optionally register a new account.
If you do not receive the password reset email within 15 minutes, check your junk/spam folder. The password reset process will also provide the email address the email will come from so you may whitelist it with your email provider.
