Order Checkout
Once you have product selections in your cart, you may begin the checkout process.
Depending on your Mealsite administrator's store policy, you might be able to checkout as a guest. To have your order recorded on your account, and to access your saved billing information, you need to sign in to your account.
To begin checkout, use the Checkout action in the main navigation.
Completing Your Order (Checkout)
Every order must complete the checkout process before it is received by the food provider. Major credit cards and prepaid account credit may be used to pay for your order.
Billing Information
Provide the required billing information for the payment method you select.
Checkout may be completed with major credit cards or account credit. If you are signed into an account that has a credit balance, the credit will be applied automatically.
Students on Free and Reduced lunch will have an invoice balance of $0.00 if no premium choices were selected. When the invoice total is $0.00, only your billing information is required.
After filling out the required fields for the selected payment method and the billing information, use the Continue button to advance to the final review of the order.
Checkout Review
Review the full order, agree to the merchant policies, and use the Submit Order button to complete the order.
It is only necessary to tap or click the Submit Order button once. Mealsite has built-in features to protect against duplicate orders, but you may cause your browser to not show the receipt after the order is successful. If this happens, check your email for your receipt. During busier ordering times, usually before the daily cut-off, you might experience longer response times on the final order step.
Checkout Complete
If your payment succeeds, then your order is complete! Look for your email receipt at the billing email address provided.
