Introduction to Mealsite
Mealsite is a dedicated online ordering system for school lunch programs. Parents or students order conveniently with a smartphone or desktop computer for one day or an entire month. Your role as a Mealsite administrator is to configure the products and menus for the schools you are serving and to work with the orders.
This section of the documentation focuses on the administrator responsibilities while using Mealsite. Depending on the options and features your Mealsite has enabled, your experience may be slightly different while using the product. This documentation notes where optional features may not be visible to you, but screen shots and videos of the product in use will usually have all features enabled to cover more use cases.
Why Mealsite?
Forget the hassles involving paper order forms, recording payments, issuing refunds, and preparing reports. Mealsite is a school lunch ordering system built from the ground up with convenience for the parents, students, and school staff as a top priority. Why should receiving orders for your lunch program be difficult?
Technical Requirements

The latest release for any supported browser is highly recommended for the best experience. Learn More
Note: Some features of the administration user interface naturally work better on devices with a big screen, such as a desktop computer or a large tablet. Also due to current limitations in mobile browsers, features involving a content editor may have unexpected results and are not officially supported.
